RSS Feeds

RSS is a method that allows you to receive new articles or other content as soon as it becomes available.

RSS content can be read using an "RSS reader", "feed reader" or an "aggregator". You subscribe to a feed by entering the feed's link into the reader or by clicking an RSS icon in your browser.

Most current web browsers (including IE7 and Firefox) provide RSS reader functionality. Also, personalized portals such as My Yahoo and iGoogle allow you to add feeds to your home/start page.

Your feed reader will check your subscribed feeds regularly for new content, so you won't have to, and will automatically show you any updates that it finds.

RSS feeds are free to use; gregmcgonagill.com currently uses RSS 2.0.
